Delivery
- UK: £3.99 standard delivery, usually 3–6 working days after printing. Free on orders over £45.
- Rest of the world: £7.99, usually 5–12 working days.
- Items are printed to order, which normally takes 1–3 working days before dispatch.
- Christmas: order by 14 December for the best chance of UK delivery before 25 December.
- You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Returns and cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
- To cancel, email team@geekiscool.net with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We’ll reply with return instructions.
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, unworn and in its original condition. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you.
- We refund the item price and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.
Faulty, damaged or misprinted items
If something arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us a photo within 30 days. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don’t need to send the item back. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
